home screens-landscape

Hi-when i hold my note 2 in landscape the home screens & app screens dont adjust to landscape. Im on 4.3. Is there a setting i could alter or dont they do that.?

As far as I know, with the stock launcher they don't do that. I occasionally find that frustrating too but can't be bothered to do anything about it.
