Why has the Gallery Stopped working on my Samsung Note II?

why has Gallery Stopped working on my Samsung Note II

If I try and access Gallery the whole phone freezes and it takes ages to log off to return to at least a working phone. This is not the first time. The last time it came back spontaneously after a few days ...this times its over a week.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, select Gallery, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it again and wait for the database to repopulate, which should only take a few seconds.
