Storing Video & Photos to my 64GB Storage Device Card. How do I do this on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2?

I have a factory stock Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Verizon with a 64GB storage card which I paid $60 for at Target. I think everything is being stored on the 16GB internal storage since after shooting 15 minutes of high definition video, the phone won't record any more video.

How do I store videos and photos to the 64GB storage card?

I went there and the only thing that made sense was this comment:

Go to Camera->Settings, scroll down to Storage, and make sure Memory Card is selected.

When I do that, the option for

"Save as flipped"

and

"Storage"

are gray in color and I cannot click on them as compared to the others which are white in color and are clickable.
