It keeps popping up when I start using the phone, shortly after it has booted. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900), running Android-5.0

I flashed the phone and installed a fresh copy of the stock Android-5.0 they I got it with (OTA update). What could be wrong with it; I need an interpretation of this error message. Thanks.

Are you using an SD card? Sometimes that error is caused by a faulty card or corrupted files saved in it.

Yes I did. I haven't observed any app crash so far.

Yes, but I checked the card for errors using Windows "chkdsk" and found none...not even a corrupt file or bad sector was found.

Did you also reload any music or videos onto the phone's Internal Storage after you flashed the stock ROM? If so, it's still possible that one of those files is corrupt and causing the problem. If you do have music or videos on Internal Storage, try deleting them all.
