transferring contacts

hi all, i had my s3 stolen the other day. i went out and got the note 3 as replacement. i finally realized i had to download kies 3 but cant back up my old contacts.

i really need them, can any1 help please

Why can't you back them up? Can't you sync them to a gmail account?

More details will be helpful if you're still having issues... So long as you used a google account to save your contacts to, you should be able to snyc your old contacts to your new Note without any problems at all once you add your google account to your new Note.
