Hey guys,
Just recently (four or five days ago) my phone's touch screen has been acting weird. I don't know how to describe it, but it basically doesn't function right, so if I try to scroll on my home screens to the right, it goes crazy where it either pulls up an app I didn't touch, or goes back and forth on my screens. This stops when I turn off the screen and turn it back on, but then it comes back randomly.
In other words, it doesn't react correctly to what I'm touching. One thing I'd like to mention is we had -20F weather (wind chill of -40F) last week, and I don't know if the cold got to it.
What do you guys recommend? Should I send it in to Samsung? I'm assuming screen malfunction would be covered under warranty.
Thanks
EDIT: Also, if I recall correctly, there's a way to pull up a setting that lets me test the phone's touch sensitivity right? How do I do that?
