s view cover problem

I have bought the s view cover from one day ago but I have been having this problem with it .. it works perfectly at first but if I leave the phone a little bit and come back it doesn't work and I have to uninstall it and re install it again and the worst part is that it hurts my nails .. but seriously I want to know the source of this problem and if I can treat it myself and thanks in advance

Did you buy the authentic samsung s-view?
Could be the pins on the back of the case not making good contact...ensure it is fully snapped on,

The authentic ones are pricey. Haven't seen any of these where I'm from for less than US$50. Purchased mine for $60.

If it's authentic, I'd return it for a replacement or refund.
