Galaxy Note 3: Camera in low light purple tint

Hello guys, l bought a note3 recently and I noticed a problem with the camera.When I try to take a photo in a dark place l see a purple tint on the corner of the screen.It doesn't go away until l enable the flashlight .Here is a picture http://imageshack.com/a/img545/2518/2bqj.jpg
I use stock rom 4.3. Is this a hardware or a software problem?Thank you in advance

The HTC One had this issue. It's a light leak into the lens. Hardware issue. I would get it replaced.
