S Voice not working

The standard procedure for "Unfortunately......has stopped is to clear the cache partition which the OP said he has done!
You can't Force Stop S Voice on my Note 3, in fact you can't do anything because all the selections are grayed out, even clear data!

I was thinking if Google talk could interfere with S voice....

G talk works ok, mic works ok......, so It's an app issue... it happens after running on Lollipop :-X:-X:-X:-X:-X:-X:-X:-X:-X

Whenever I see a post that says..."Unfortunately _ _ has stopped" I look to see the cure!
I have not found anything that will help you yet!

Hello,
I flashed phoenix rom on my S4 to change it in S5
After flashing about after 2 to 3 hours S voice stopped working and showed same error.
I don't know that installation or update of any app led to this issue.
I also Uninstalled S voice and installed another Svoice.apk that I downloaded from Internet that also didn't worked.
One thing more ,I recently changed (ic audio codec) because mic was not working perfectly.
If anyone found a cure for it please post it on this thread.

I think I am near the problem !
I Uninstalled S voice from S4 and in my s3 mini I turned s voice into .apk file (with the help of apk extractor ) and installed that .apk file in my S4 .S voice worked in s4 but it didn't installed properly ,because when I double tap home button s voice do not opens but when I open s voice from app it opens.

How to fix; Settings>App Mgr>S Voice>Permissions>Toggle all permissions on.
