How to fix my android screen that looked like this

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and my screen just broken, my phone cant view a glowy images ( if black color meet white glowy color). Can anyone help me to fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, I can't quite tell what the problem is by looking at those screenshots, since they look normal to me. Can you elaborate on what the problem is?

When my phone viewed a glowy image/background, it look cracked like pixelated, but the other color works.

If the screen itself looks different from the screenshot (if you view the screenshot on a different device or on your computer), then your screen itself is probably faulty, and might have to be replaced.
