Note 3: Rest to Factory-Backup Apps wont restore as says not the same phone

Hi,

I reset my phone back to factory settings and backedup my apps,contacts,etc using the kies 3 software.
But after factory reset tried to restore all the items backedup but apps are greyed out as well as 2 other items as there is an "!" and message that says it needs to be the same phone to be able to restore it.

HOW DO I FIND THE NAME OF THE PHONE (I changed it during the resetting to factory) FROM THE BACKEDUP FILES ??? I am guessing that is the problem.
Assumed the software would simply recognise the same model phone.It now thinks its a different phone.The name that i changed is the one which u see if u connect it to the pc via usb,i suppose and it nvr asked for any other.I looked at backedup files and used the name of the model that shown as a folder name of "SM-N9005".Still wont recognise it as same phone !
