Is 349 again, just as it was for the Note 3 last year. Not sure why they do that compared to the 299 on other carriers, but oh well. Saw this on the best buy website by the way. I had been wondering about this for a while since sprint didn't specify the upgrade price but only showed the full price and the easy pay plan.

Yeah, i got an email from Sprint a couple of days ago (not from pre-reg) that confirmed pricing. Just gouging early adopters. The price will drop at launch. However, if you wait, you'll miss Samsung's rebate offer.

A month ago the upgrade price on the Note 3 was still $350. I doubt the Note 4 drops at all until the next version launches in 2015.

So if I follow, $349 to upgrade and extend contract... Minus $200 for turning in my Note 3 (shattered screen)?? How exactly do I go about taking advantage of the Samsung rebate if I plan to go through Best Buy?

Thanks

This is upsetting. Probably just a mental thing- I believe the phone is worth $349, but knowing other carriers, better carriers, offer it for $49 less bothers me somewhat.

If it makes you feel any better I have to buy outright on the most expensive one...AT&T.
