Line access discount

My family has 5 lines of service with verizon, 3 of them are out of contract. I pre ordered the note 4 on the 4th line and will receive a line access credit. My question is (which I read somewhere else) should the lines that are out of contract be getting a line access credit as well. Thanks.

I think so. I get a $25 per line discount off the $40 per line access fee on the NEXT program.
Purchase off contract, I think you still get the same $25 discount.
