Whenever I use Chrome to search and then click on a wikipedia link it redirects me to the play store to download the Wikipedia app instead of just opening the page. I've tried everything from clearing the Chrome defaults to uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome and I can't get it to stop doing it.

Anyone have any idea how to get it to stop doing this?

This ought to be a default set up within the Wikipedia app. Clearing defaults on that app and then clearing the cache should resolve. If not then the hooks are elsewhere; deep linking like that is going to become more common but it should have given a "do this once or always" type message the first time and those decisions are always reversible.
