Note 3 had better Alarm (Defaulted to current time when setting Alarm... Vs default to 6:AM)

Does anyone know how to make the default Alarm on Note 3 default to the current time? It defaults to 6:00 AM and therefore each time I set an alarm I have to move up/down to hit the time I'm looking for. On Note 3 it was so much easier in that it used the current time so if I wanted an alarm for 1 hour our - just one click and done.

If there is no option to change the default of 6:AM - has anyone loaded Note 3's alarm on the 4?
