S Pen nubs

Ok being new to the Note series, I noticed there are a few different types of nubs that they provide for the pen. The one I am using feels a bit draggy on the screen (may be the screen protector) is there a difference in the hardness etc of the two colour types that they have provided us? ie: one more harder, softer etc? Anyone know?

Yes...there is a difference. I'm Not going to say which is for which...if I get it wrong...lol. I'll just say if it Feels draggy change the tip. One of the colors is for the glass screen protectors.
