I have the T-Mobile version Note 4, but I don't have the "T-Mobile" on the top left hand corner. Why is that?

I don't know about T-Mobile, but AT&T has always come and gone from top left corner, as does my microcell.

Do you have a constant reliable signal?

My Note 4 always says T-Mobile. It is unlocked and I have an AT&T SIM that I have used in my Note 4 also. Because I rarely get a good signal with AT&T, my phone would rarely show AT&T at the top. This could be your reason with T-Mobile.

When I had the ATT Note 4 unlocked to use with T-Mobile, even at 2 bars, it still had T-Mobile on top left. I then bought the T-Mobile version, I've never seen the T-Mobile on top left.. My signal strength is at -115.

Same, same. I should have also mentioned that the "T-Mobile" does appear on the lockscreen status bar.

Mines "does NOT" come on at ALL.
