Google Calendar on the Note 4

I checked the Battery inside Settings on the Note 4 to see why battery life has been cut very short lately.

It's Google Calendar eating battery like there's no tomorrow. Any one else seeing this as well?

I've had to remove the app for now. Uninstalling/Reinstalling Google Calendar doesn't help. :'(

Nice heads up. Was gonna start using google calender but wont now.

I've been using it for quite some time. Doesn't even show up in battery stats.

Do you mean the actual "Google Calendar" app in the play store or syncing with google calendar?

I sync the stock calendar app on my note 4 w/ google calendar and get no drain. Never tried the official google calendar app.

I've been using Google calendar from the day I got this, never had any drain. Maybe try a force close or reboot.
