How do I sync my Samsung Note 4 with Outlook on my PC?

HOw do I sync my Samsung Note 4 with outlook on my PC

I have Outlook on my PC and Mobile Outlook on my Note 4, I can't seem to sync the two... anyone know about this? I also have two calendars, one with a green icon, and one with a blue icon.

I am on Verizon, Outlook 2010 on the PC

On the note 4 in s planner deselect one of the two that are available for viewing. When you add appointments to the calender on the note ensure you are adding them to the "selected" calendar.

I am brand new to android and have had my note 4 for about 1 month.where is this s planner where do I find it?
