Wifi Issue

Ok I'm experiencing a problem that has followed me through a factory reset and a new replacement phone. Basically, my phone will randomly disconnect from wifi in my home. When this happens, if I open the wifi menu no networks will show. Not mine. Not my neighbors. Nada. The only way to fix it is to restart the phone. Is there an app or setting that could be causing this? I just uninstalled xfinity wifi but it's too soon to know if it was the culprit.

Let me understand this. You replaced the phone and the same wifi problem is still occurring? If so, then it has to be something you're installing.

So with this app uninstalled, is your phone working as it should?

The Note 4 wifi detection is quite good. Do you actually need a 3rd party app to connect to a specific wifi network? Does Comcast require it for sign in or something?
