Recent 5.1.1 Update issue with Note 4 edge flip case.

Ever since upgrading to Lollipop 5.1.1 I have found that my Note 4 Edge's screen will not turn off when I close the cover or turn on when I open the cover. I have tried booting in to recovery mode and clearing the cache but no luck. I have also tried restarting and closing the cover but after restarting I open the cover but the screen thinks the cover is still closed and only allows selections via the edge screen.

Is this a known bug with the new update? Is anyone else having the same issue? Does anyone have a fix?

Yes I have the same problem, took phone to Samsung service and they said it was hardware and replaced phone, got home and phone said update was available, continued with 5.1.1 update and you guessed it same problem so it is update not hardware.
Yet to call and get an answer, will pay when I have an answer.
