Transparent icon on my Note 4

On my note 4 i have a transparent sign in the middle of the screen and i don't know how to get rid of...

Welcome to the forums. Do you get it even when you open an app or only on your home screens? Does it show up on a screenshot? If not, then it's possible that it's a burn-in.

Then it does sound like burn-in. There may not be anything you can do about it, short of replacing the screen.

Are you sure it is not wallpaper?

Yeah, that sounds like burn-in, sorry, not much you can do about it. It being on every screen, even when you open an app, rules the wallpaper out.

Yes. it's not the wallpaper. Its right in the middle of the screen.
I also have 4 digit numbers on the right side of the alarm clock and are very faded.

Screen burn. The sole solution is to get your screen (or whole phone) replaced.
