    According to BB sales rep he says "even though the emails say ready to pick up today. We dont have any at all. We get them tomorrow. System wont allow us to sale them today." welp.... Think ima stick to sprint orders from now on lol

    Waited this long just 1 more day. No biggie.

    Tarah I have been reading the opposite - most people are saying it is better than note 4. Which is what sold me on getting it.

    If the battery or wifi connection is anything like the S6's i will be bringing this back....


    Its not great at all.. im comparing it to my S6 but slightly worse honestly... I mean my signal strength at my job is not good at all i get low 3g because of the building, but my previous phone did not drain this fast at all im down to 60% and it has sat on my desk other then a few texts ive sent and ive checked my emails. My previous phone when i would leave work would be around 75%-80% and the battery in that phone was not even close to 3000.

    Maybe after a few days it will calm down and you will get better battery life

    I ordered mine online today and was chatting with a specialist. I was told it would ship today. I get a confirmation email for my order and it won't even ship until NEXT week. I'm super bummed. I called AT&T and they said that is now on backorder. I however can't find that anywhere on their site or the internet.

    I ordered:
    64 GB
    White
    AT&T

    I really wish they had it available in silver. I take ALOT of pictures both with my phone and my Nikon D5500 (I use app to upload to my phone and then share on EyeEM) so I am a lil nervous about the storage space. I guess most people are saying to use Google photos. Anyone else who has alot of photos have any suggestions? I also LOVE ringtones and have a ton. I feel like my SD Card is my security blanket. I may have a hard time adjusting LOL
    How long was it before your status told the shipping time? I just placed an order for the N5 this morning and my status still says processing. I just got off the phone with AT&T and of course they cannot tell if the N5 is on backorder or not. I ordered the 64GB Black model so idk if its the white version thats on backorder or all the 64gb models period.

    Only if you are paying full price will you be able to use the Best Buy gift card toward the phone, based on my conversations with 2 different reps there.

    You really have to go a few days to determine battery. Also with a new phone, we tend to use it more.

    HEY!! Sorry for the delayed response...I was at the DR for my follow up appt for my broke hip (NO more crutches yay). Anyways today has been an AWESOME day! I actually got an email saying that my phone had shipped on the 19th and it will be here TOMORROW YAY!!! I'm not sure why AT&T couldn't see that in their system and why they would say it is on backorder. So give it a day or so. Mine went from processing, to pending to finally shipped.

    Got the email of doom from Best Buy today. The Verizon Note 5 64GB that i preordered on day one is now in a backorder status and has a new estimated delivery between 9/2-9/14. WTF? Is anyone else in this situation and as bummed as me?

    I just asked at my local best buy and they said that I could not use the gift card toward the price of the phone, even if I paid full price. So it must depend on the store (the employee went to ask his manager in my case).

    Never received the "ready for pickup" email from BB. Tried calling my local store - was on hold for an hour. Decided to head over to the store. They had 2 mobile reps working and they were swamped. There was a Samsung rep there and I struck up a conversation with him. I asked if I will be able to pick up in store tomorrow since I pre-ordered. He couldn't give me a definite answer as he is not affiliated with BB. He did however take down my number and said he would call me as soon as they start selling tomorrow. He also gave me his numnber. Hell of a guy. However,I think it's safe to say this will be my first and last time ordering through BB. To be on hold for an hour and then having minimal staff working when you know it will be busy strikes a nerve with me.

    I have had my note 5 for 2 days....does anyone elses battery suck?? I expected it to be way better then it is.
    I have had pretty good battery life. My phone has been off the charger since 7AM and I haven't even hit 50% yet. I have had it since Tuesday as well.

    I got the same email also. REALLY?? I pre ordered my 64gb white AT&T phone from the Best Buy website the day the phone was announced. I chose them over going direct to AT&T because of the free charger (which I will get tomorrow by the way). I called customer service and the nice lady says there is no reason it should say backordered for something not even released yet. I was told to call back first thing tomorrow and they would see about getting me a phone locally if they had to.

    Gotcha, I paid for next day shipping so maybe some progress will be made tonight sometime. Did you order through AT&T Premier site? Also I see where they held the $1 but now when I go to my account I do not see the $1 hold anymore, guess ill just have to wait and see.

    Verizon customer service reps are saying the same thing it's back ordered to the 21st, which is release date. I just figured it's the usual Verizon rep knows nothing crap, but maybe not. I'll just be happy if mine ships out tomorrow like they say it will at this point.

    My BB called me a couple hours ago and asked if it would be cool to schedule an appointment time to get my phone. He said after the last fiasco they thought this might help them out a bit. Keeps people from getting upset having to wait a couple hours to get a phone. I'll be picking up my phone tomorrow at 8pm!

    For those that got the "back order" email, what about going to your carrier store tomorrow if it really is on back order? If you don't mind waiting you can still get the charger, but I'd you don't want to wait that is a thought.

    Yes I chatted with a rep first then did the Premier. I also choose to go with NEXT so I only paid $15 WED and will pay monthly going forward. I hope you see something new later tonite or tomorrow!!! I would have liked to done it in store but I didn't want to risk them not having a 64GB white phone in stock lol. Some of my cases are arriving tomorrow too! I hope they all arrive before my physical therapy appt at 2 pm LOL
