I noticed that the haptic feedback (the little vibration when you press a key) strength changes as I am typing on my keyboard. Sometimes it feels as if it's not there at all upon my first few keystrokes. Anyone else experience this? Is this just a problem with SwiftKey or the phone? (The haptic feedback on the back and multitasking buttons are normal though)

I haven't noticed any problem with the vibration. I checked my settings, and I have it set to system default.
