Unable to sync Samsung accout

I've been trying all day to sync the Samsung account but it fails repeatedly. I cleared cache for anything Samsung related, restarted the phone and still nothing. I'm able to sign onto the website with no issues. I tried restarting in safe mode and that didn't work. I've done some research and found some information about disabling the reactivation lock but I don't know how to get that done. Anyone have any information I can use to get the phone to sync to the Samsung account?

Yes. And I forgot to mention that I had done so using Package Disabler Pro. However, knowing that it might cause issues I enabled everything. Enabled, rebooted and tried again. Nothing.
