Why is my Galaxy Note 5 stuck in ODIN mode with a blue screen?

why my Galaxy note 5 got stuck in;ODIN mode in blue screen and with

I turned off my device (Galaxy note 5) and turned buck on,fallowing rebooting steps,and:
In a blue screen (ODIN MODE) Display with;"Downloading...Do no turn off target" with arrow pointing down.
I waited 1 hour and then try to turn it off and but, it won't do any thing! the screen remain frozen.

I rely appreciate any suggestions in hot to fix this issue in my G note 5 dive Thanks!
