Samsung VR - all i see is black screen and a white X on bottom corner of screen

I have a t mobile note 5 and for first week and a half worked exallent, signed in did account set up and then one day wouldn't work and hasn't.iv tried blowing a air can on and in the phone to hr connection,i just don't know

I'm verizon note 5 and I'm having the same problem, unfortunately no solution found yet, they are sending me a replacement phone to see if that makes a difference
