I bought a Note Galaxy 5 for my wife to replace her Note 3 and she's loving it so far but there's one big problem.
Her reception is way worse than before and even when I'm comparing it with my Galaxy S6 I have a lot more reception than her even though we have the same SIM company.
When I go so SIM card status on low-mid reception spots I can see -106 dBm 34 asu on my phone, but only -106 dBm 3 asu on her phone.
Any idea how this can be fixed?
