Ringtone keeps switching back to default VZW Airwaves

I have a VZ N7 and every time I switch the default ringtone to "Instant Calm", it works for a couple of calls, then it switches back "VZW Airwaves" on its own and I have to switch it again. It's happened 5 times already.

Anyone else run across this issue?

Did you use Samsung switch by coincidence?
I had a similar issue with my wallpaper changing on its own. I used Samsung switch as well. I was ready to do a factory reset, but tried Reset Settings first. So far, it has been working.
