Unblock/Block calls...

So when I was transferring everything from my Note 5 to Note 7 some unblocked calls transferred as well. I am now trying to unblock these numbers but I still can't receive calls from these people. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have tried to delete and add back but nothing, person still can't get through. I have tried to go through all my contacts and delete this person and re-add but nothing. I have tried everything and I don't think restoring the phone to factory setting will help. Please if someone knows what to do I need some help....thanks.

Yeah I still have the Note 7, I am waiting for a replacement.

Sammy made it really challenging to block calls this time around. Used to be right in the same list where you select delete. Now when you select the contact all you get is delete and have to hand add the phone number. Not very intuitive.

It's unfortunate that Samsung is doing that with the Note 7 because with Galaxy S7 Edge, it is a simple turn of the switch when you click on options to block calls. If there isn't a reliable built in blocking feature, have you considered using Should I Answer? It is a great app. Free, no ads, no premium version, you can donate on their Google Play Account but otherwise they don't want anything in return.

Go to the phone log and select the number you want to block, tap the I for information, three dots , block number
