well me too. But it seems that is the way Samsung works. I've had their devices since the galaxy s1, back in the olden days. It took a whole year, after the initial release date, for Samsung to let me have jelly bean 4.0 on my gs2.
But speaking on the Note 8.0 specifically, I guess the code has to be rewritten to accommodate for those physical buttons. You do glean a quarter inch of screen real estate though. So I do support the 'keep the buttons' theame. At least since you can tap them with the stylus now. But the, 'home'. button still needs that S-pen touch ability, then I can be happy.
