Note 8 - IPhone users can't receive my pictures

Just got a Note 8 and I can't send pictures to my iPhone friends.

"One or more of the components may have been deleted by MMS Adaption. Either the message was too large or the components were not suitable for your headset."

That is the message that shows up on their phone. Mine just says "sent".

Android friends receive pictures just fine. Only stupid iPhone friends.

I just sent my wife a picture to her iPhone and she got it without issue.

Maybe iMessage is getting in the way?

Did you have an iPhone previous to the Note 8? Any chance you were using iMessage?

Carrier or Unlocked?
If unlocked check your APN settings

I have had the same issue with my Note 8 today as well I am on sprint and they provided the following details regarding the iphone user to check their settings to the following below.


Angel J : iphone users have it enabled settings, messages, imessage is green, sms green, mms green, and group green.
