I'm not sure if its some setting that I changed or not. Had the phone since Friday and I'm pretty sure it worked in the beginning. Now the only was I can come out of the Always On mode is to press the power button. I called Samsung and they think something is wrong with the phone and I should send it in for repair. I reset set all of my settings before I do that. Any thoughts? Thanks!

just checked mine and it works fine, it is a long press to activate it, and it takes me to the lock screen. the only change i made was i don't have the home screen square showing.

Thanks, Russell, for the speedy answer, which took me back to settings and I found the answer. It's hidden in Display-->Naviagation Bar-->Unlock with home button. Saves my phone a trip back to Samsung. I think it's easier for the reps to request the phone be sent back then to try to find the appropriate settings.
