Samsung Note 8 OIS not working in videos

I'm pretty sure that OIS isn't engaged when taking videos (1080p30). The videos are shaky and nothing like what I've seen on YouTube note 8 OIS demonstrations. However I'm pretty sure that OIS works for pictures because low light pictures with a shutter speed under 1/15 aren't blurry like they would be with a non stabilized lens being held in hand.

Anyone else having the same weird issues?

Disable the 3° option in camera settings, Autofocus... when os ON, OIS not working ( sorry my bad english)

Do you have AF tracking enabled? You can't have OIS and AF tracking enabled simultaneously.
