Weird Device Maintenance Notification

Been getting weird notifications lately, and this one is no different.

Nothing happens when I tap on it and when I go into Device Maintenance through settings there is no indication that anything is wrong. Anyone know what this is about?

I got that the other day. I went into the Battery settings and just did a clear up of running apps in background, tempnfiles deleted, etx. Haven't seen it come back

I appreciate the response, but I'm not asking what Device Maintenance is. I know exactly what that is and what it does.

I do not know what "Device Health" is, or how/why it is using nearly 12% of the CPU.
