Awfully quiet in here. Is everyone playing with their new Note 9's? LOL
I wish. AT&T screwed me over hard. I ordered a purple and a blue 512 super early, and when I called to verify it went through as a bogo, they said no.
They said it had to be cancelled and reordered on the same order, which was impossible to do with two 512s on the website. They cancelled my orders, then transferred me to order over the phone.
After being transferred, they said I could not order over the phone because I had two recently cancelled orders which flagged my account, and required I go to an authorized store (70 miles away!) and provide two forms of government issued ID. Well that took a couple days to make happen, so I feel into the the delayed phone batch due to their errors.
After calling and voicing my concern today, I learned that they never needed to be cancelled in the first place and that nobody knows what they are talking about ever at AT&T.
This is also after I did the bogo on the note 7's, had to swap them for s7edges, promised the bogo would still apply, and never once saw a credit. Two years of fighting with them later, and told to bad so sad.
I think this is the last go around I will have with AT&T. I will give another phone company the opportunity to get one over on me.
