Encryption failed

[Android Central Question]

Hi, I have a Note 9 which kept restarting, I tried to fix it but now it is stuck with the sign saying Encryption Failed, unable to start up your device, you need to reset your device to factory default. But when I press the reset button nothing happens.

I think you should enter recovery mode. I tried posting links but wasn't able to. Quite strange.
