Hello,

If i want to transfer pictures from my Note3 to my note pro what is the easiest/best way to do it?

If it is not a lot, you can use the cloud like Dropbox or google drive . If it is, you can copy them to the pc then copy to the note

You can also use a USB host cable to transfer them to a flash drive and then from the flash drive back to the other device.

There are many roads that lead to Rome, Chuck. Which is the easiest/best way depends on your preference.
One way I can recommend especially for its simplicity is to install a cloud like Dropbox or MEGA on both devices. Files (including pictures, videos and MP3s) that you stick into that cloud on one device will automatically be available and accessible on the other device. And vice versa.

You can use Kies. Install it on both devices if it's not already. Start it on the Note 3 then the Pro 12.2
