Photos with GPS coordinates - which photo manager can detect these coordinates?

On the smartphone (Galaxy S10), photo details, the location is displayed.

Question: after saving the photos onto my PC, which Windows application can read / display those coordinates ?

On my pc, the only way I know of that windows shows that is either open the Pic and tap top right 3 dots, and select file info, Or,
From the folder, right click and select properties, then select the details tab.

Maybe because it an Android phone, these details are available for Android only.
E.g. on your smartphone, launch Photos, select/open the photo, select the three dots, then it will show the coordinates at the bottom.
At least it does with me.
It will show Google Map and the location. All fine, all within Android, but I am not sure the coordinates are transferred into EXIF in one way or the other.
