S10e status and navigation bars are gone

Installed bxActions to reprogram my Bixby button to turn screen on and off and now my Status and Navigation bars are gone. Help!?

I've used that app before with no problem. I reversed the remapping but Status and Nav bars are still gone. They show briefly when I swipe up but they don't stay.

I originally installed the other one and upgraded it to Pro. It's version 6.30. I tried to upload a screenshot but couldn't make it work.

No, probably a year ago. I had since uninstalled the app and just reinstalled it from a SmartSwitch backup.

I don't know what's going on. I bought it and it shows in my App list but not on my App screen. Rebooted, no help. I have no way to open the app.

My bad. I didn't have the free version installed. Got it now, but my Status and Nav bars are still gone.
