Android Central Question

I have a samsung s20 which still works fine/plays notifications but the screen has completely blanked. The problem with taking the phone to the store to be fixed is that everything I have is unlocked. All my apps, emails, banks etc but I have no way to do a factory reset as I can't see the screen and have no clue how to do it via a laptop.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to remotely factory reset your phone through your Samsung account in the find my phone section on your pc. You shouldn't need to plug it in to your computer, and I believe you'll get a message confirming the reset was successful or not. You might also be able to do it by plugging it in to your laptop.. but I wouldn't know how to do that, haven't needed to yet ;)

I believe you can lock your phone too from both of those services no? So she doesn't have to factory reset it. I could be mistaken though.
