Help with GPS!

Guys, my GS3 had a decent GPS lock time and decent Navigation, but sometimes I'd find the Navi drifting off and putting me on odd streets that I wasn't on, silly stuff like that. So I downloaded GPS Status, which I used on my old Thunderbolt, and since then my GPS has been even more screwy. So I downloaded GPS Fix, which helped a bit, but not much. What the heck is happening?

Anyone have any ideas of how to fix it? I'd rather go back to the way it was prior to GPS Status than deal with the current non-sense. My phone can't even get a lock to tell me the weather. Is there any way to reset the GPS to factory settings? Help!

Are u using the Google Navigation? Or some other app?

Try google id say and get rid of those apps.

U should be able to get weather where you are without GPS, just usin the carrier towers btw

Are you rooted? I might be your area

Try clearing the cache of the navigation app

Settings -> Application Manager > All -> Maps
Click Clear Cache
