S3 Not auto answering when listening to music.

Hi Guys. I use my Samsung S3 to listen to music while I'm jogging and if I received an incoming call it would pause the music
and answer the call then resume the music again.
It appears to have lost the ability to do this now on both my phone and my wife's who also has an S3.

Has there been some change to the OS in a recent update??

A fair question in response would be - have your phones recently received an OS update?
If so, did you perform a Factory Reset (and system cache wipe) after the update? If not, that's the logical place to start.
