Can't Install or Uninstall Apps, and also can't clear caches....

So my S3 won't install any apps from the play store, and it won't uninstall apps from application manager.

One fix said to try and clear the cache for the play store download apps...but the option is grayed out and it says "computing" on everything else in the app manager... and it won't ever actually "compute" ...is there ANYTHING I can do besides factory reset? remember the solution can't be to download an app like some fixes have suggested...as my phone won't download any apps...

The "computing" problem is universal across every single app installed on my phone...they all say computing and never compute...Ive tried power cycling my phone 100 times by taking the battery out for a while...
