Missing many apps including Play Store in Samsung S3 phone. Is there any solution without a factory reset?

Missing many apps including play store in samsung s3 phone

Hi guys i have S3 phone suddenly many apps missing even i con't see play store also, i check in application manager >downloaded it shows sd without icon, but i dont have sd card in phone, but my storage is still fill,,,, any solutions without factory reset?

Thanks for ur advice , i tried rebooting methods and clearing cache bla bla bla ,,, it didnt work, Finaly i foctory reset, everything working fine, i realised that always do backups and other wise u loose alll data.
