Stock Browser Download?

My S3's screen recently shattered and ivr had to downgrade for the time being. So I'm trying to get the features of that "Internet" app on this phone.
Mainly, I loved that when I'd go to view video, the "Complete Action" menu would allow me to select "Internet" and I could DL the video to my device. All other browsers I've used open the video in-browser.
I've looked through the Play Store but can't find thecS3 "Internet" app.

Welcome to Android Central! What phone did you downgrade to? The Samsung stock Internet browser isn't available on the Play Store.

Yeah, the Samsung browser won't be compatible. Where are the videos from? Are they embedded YouTube videos, or from some other site?
