Samsung S3 GT-I9300 "not registered on network"

HI.
I'm from UAE. i am using Samsung Galaxy S III GT-I9300 over an year ago with factory unlock. Using Samsung Galaxy S III from over a year now. I upgrade firemware 4.1.2 to 4.3 JB from web side mobiles.com ite working normal but its slow after i degrade again 4.3 to 4.1.2 jb (XSG-I9300XXEMF6-20130730150328 4.1.2) but when i make call my S3 wasn't able to make any new calls it said "not registered on network" i tried doing a factory reset but that didn't fixed the problem then i searched on the internet and got to know that my IMEI got corrupted it's something like 0049990106400000/ 01 and serail # 00000000.please help.

After the Factory Reset, you must enter the correct APN settings and other settings again, as if you were using the phone for the first time. Have you done that? Or are you unable to do that?

Thnaks ok i try now this because before i am using my pakintan roaming sim card but i am UAE. what i need again factory reset?
