When i try call it just says 'not registered on network'

I got a new phone Samsung galaxy a12 and have got unlimited calls however whenever I attempt to call it just says not registered on network.i don't gave any data tho.My network mode only let's me have 3g and below eventhough I use 4g

Have you tried removing and reinserting your SIM?

Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? Are you certain the phone supports your carrier's 4G bands? More and more carriers are requiring that the phones on their network use 4G for phone calls (i.e., VoLTE), since a lot of them have shut down their 2G networks, and will soon shut down their 3G networks as 5G matures.

When you make a call it says not registered then you would have to call your service provider
