Samsung S3 fully charged battery lasts less than an hour!!

I've had my Samsung galaxy s3 for about 2 and a half years, the battery life used to be great I could go a couple of days not charging it now a full charge lasts less than an hour. I make sure to force quit any apps i'm not using and keep my brightness on the lowest setting! Should I buy a new battery or give up on my s3 and upgrade?

I'm facing the same issue on my one year old Galaxy S3.

I use power saving mode, low screen brightness, everything i can. :'( I love the s3 and don't want a new phone

New batteries all round, I think....at least, that certainly seems to be indicated. Make sure you get good quality ones.

My G3 got ran over so I'm using a friend's S3 in the mean time. The battery life on it is around 2hrs tops so I'm constantly charging it whenever I'm in the car or outlet.
I ordered a replacement battery from Anker and it's sitting in my mailbox while I'm at work so I'll report back in a couple days to see how well the new battery is holding up
