I dopped my Samsung Galaxy S3 and the screen is black and it's on how do I fix this

The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S3 will not show, I dropped it in the store and it had fell face down and then the screen wouldn't show and I didn't crack it either and it was black I couldn't tell if it was dead so I charged it and turned it on and a small part of the screen could show but the colors were messed up so I turned it off then on again and the screen was fully black and I could hear that it was on when I'd touch the screen it would make noise but the screen stayed black can I even fix this?

It needs a new screen - the screen is physically broken inside.
